Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu Nepal (1350m) and transfer to Hotel 

You are met at the airport and transferred to accommodations. Brief introduction about the trip with our representative. Mingle with welcome drink and be rested in the hotel.

Day 2 Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley for experiencing Buddhism and Hinduism.

Visit Boudhanath Stupa considered one of the world’s largest Buddhist shrine, a site of pilgrimage for Buddhists from all over the world. Continue to the Hindu temple of Pashupathinath built in pagoda style with a gilded roof and site of holy Hindu cremations. Then explore the ancient Swayambhunath monkey temple, the most profound expression of Buddhist symbolism in Nepal and the central location of the valley’s creation myth.

Day 3, Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding 2625 m.

  •  35 minutes scenic mountain flight to lukla 2835m. We must take early morning flight to Lukla. You are met up with our crews in Lukla and start your family trek from there.
  •  3-4 hours of trek with children’s pace.
  •  An hour gradual descending trek takes us to Cheplung Village. From here we you can have wonderful view of Mt. Khumbila. You keep descending until you reach Phakding. You are going to stay in Phadiing tonight.
  •  All meals and accommodation included.

Day 4,Phakding to Namche Bazaar 4350m

  •  Breakfast at phakding. Start your family Trek for 6 hours.
  •  We follow the north of the valley through pine forest and cross Dudh koshi River and pass through Chumoa and Monjo the entrance to Everest National Park.
  •  After passing Jorsale village and walk alongside of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers ascending walk will lead you to Namche Bazzar, This Bazzar is the prime market place of Sherpas. Here you will spend your tonight.
  •  All meals and accommodation included.

Day 5, Acclimatization day 3450 m.

  •  While acclimatizing you can look around to explore sherpa culture and Himalayan Buddhism. Namche Bazaar is the main centre of the Khumbu region and has government offices, ATMs, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants, and a colorful market. your guide can take you to explore the real charm of Namche Bazaar. Hiking to Sagarmatha National Park rewards trekkers with a sunrise view and the views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde etc with a Sherpa settlement.
  •  All meals and accommodation included.

Day 6, Namche Bazaar to Khumjung 3825

  •  Today is a 4 hours of trekking day, easy and climbs up to the popular airstrip Syangboche.Just above the airstrip there is Everest View Hotel from where we can enjoy close view of the mighty Everest.
  •  We continue trekking to Khumjung village where we will have wonderful views of Kondge, Thamserku and the sacred Khumbila mountains. In Khumjung Village we visit the Edmund Hillary School and Khumjung Monastery (a monastery famous for housing the head of the Yeti)
  •  All meals and accommodation included.

Day 7, Khumjung to Tengboche 3860 m.

  •  5-6 hours with the rest for children. We trek down to Dudhkoshi River and pass through beautiful villages on the way. We walk on a forest trail which will take us to a riverbed.
  •  Then we have to ascend for around two more hours through pine and fir forests to reach a small village of Tengboche. There is very famous Tengboche Gumba (monastery) and is the largest monastery in the Khumbu region of Nepal.
  •  All meals and accommodation included.

Day 08: Tengboche to Kyangjuma 3550m.

  •  4-5 hours Trekking day. Descend down about half kilometer through rhododendron bushes and fir trees to the Dudh Koshi River. Trek via Tashingma and Sansa villages.
  •  Enjoy the spectacular views of Ama-dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse and Everest. Overnight in Kyangjuma.
  •  All meals and accommodation included.

Day 9, Kyangjuma to Monjo 2,845m.

  •  Trek for 5 hours. It is one of easy days of the trip. Trek via Namche then continue to Monjo.
  •  All meals and accommodation included.

Day 10, Monjo to Lukla 2835m.

  •  5- 6 hours maximum with kids.
  •  The trail descends steeply before it cuts up to the airstrip in Chauri Kharka. On the way we pass Phakding and Chopling villages. The climb from Chauri Kharka is the final climb of the trek. As the local staff you met in Lukla will not be accompanying you to Kathmandu, today is last day you celebrate your accomplishment together. Overnight in Lukla.
  •  All meals and accommodation included.

Day 11,Fly to Kathmandu

  •  35 minutes early morning flight to Kathmandu.
  •  Check in hotel in Kathmandu. Be rested in the hotel or proceed for souvenir shopping on your own.
  •  Culture show with typical Nepali dinner.

Day 12, Final departure

  •  We will drop you to International Airport by private vehicle.
